When you are happy with your coupons hold down the CONTROL Key on your computer and press the letter A. This will SELECT ALL the coupons. They will change color.

Now hold down the CONTROL Key on your computer and press the letter C. (For COPY)

Open your favorite word processor to a new, blank page.

Hold down the CONTROL Key on your computer and press the letter V. (For PASTE)

This will copy the coupons into your word processor document and you can now print them, alter them and Save them as you wish. Print out these instructions if you wish.  

You will see we create 12 months worth of rent coupons to cover the entire year. Just delete the ones you don't need on your word processor.

TIP. Let's assume that you want coupons from June 1 for a full year. Use your word processor to CUT the coupons from January to May and PASTE them onto the end of December. Then just change the year from this year to the next for the last 5 coupons. You now have coupons from June 1 this year to May 1 next year.
