 I am 4 months into this and I have learned more from your site for free than what I learned from ANN (American Note Networks) and paid for it. The only thing I use from ANN is the website which I see I will have to change because of the association with ANN. Thanks again for the opportunity I had to learn from your site. By the way the two best sites I have found are yours and the papersource, seems like good people here.

Thank you Thank you so much.  I placed an ad with you in "borrow money" for a mortgage that was impossible for me to find financing.  Later that afternoon I was contacted by a broker /lender who assured me my credit issues would not be much of a problem.  Everyone else I contacted on my own turned me down.  This lender who is in my state not only got me 100% financing but also  scheduled a quick close within a week.  The interest rate is better than I expected.  I love this site and intend on telling all my friends.  Thank you

I have been to hundred of sites shopping for  a very unique loan situation for a period of four months.  I was very tired of plastic people and sites not really being a true network.  I was about to give up.  Then I ran into Mortgage-Investments.com. They are by far the best. A true network of brokers, borrowers, lenders and so on with a broad and balanced approach on real estate.  No comparison to my other searches. 
 
When I found this site, I needed to look no more.  I posted an ad for what I consider a small amount to be in bold.  My ad was pretty clear on what I was looking for.  Clarity and being up front is critical-even disclosing problems.   (Better to have a few quality calls than to have too many uneducated calls.)  Subsequently I received tons of e-mails and phone calls from many very qualified people.  Day and night. I am on EST time but was happy to hear a Pacific time calls willing to help me.  I was then in a position to take my pick of offers, and met many positive people.  I will refer anyone I know to be part of this network as long as they are in real estate in some manner.  Broker, lender, borrow, you name it.  In fact it was so much fun and on point, I will miss the action!

I would just like to say how informative I have found your web site. I am a youngish (!) female British Citizen who is trying very hard to invest in real estate in the US (NJ).
With out even buying a 'fix up' property I feel as if I have knocked down 1000's of walls!!
Although the last 3 months have been a huge learning curve in trying to find a US mortgage lender (even though I have a 30% deposit available) and a realtor who takes me seriously ( and doesn't constantly ask if my boyfriend thinks this is OK!).
At last it all seems to be coming together, I just wish I'd found you sooner.

I should've taken the time long before now to tell you what a blessing it was that I came across this website.  I found it during what would normally be the beginning of our "slow season".  I have had nothing but work, work, work, since placing my ads.  I have been working with wonderful people-some with problems, some offering help.  I love this site-don't ever leave me.

You should know that I consider your web site an investor's "goldmine".  Having just completed some of the Rich Dad series of books along with a few others, I've been directed to buy software from several sites, including one by Dolf DeRoos.  Most of these sites sell their products for $200 - $500.  Granted their products may be full-blown applications, but you certainly seem to have covered the basics and much more with your spreadsheets.  You should be commended for a job well done!  Have you considered marketing your spreadsheets?
