1. We have had many requests over the years from lenders, note buyers and mortgage brokers who want to give their ads extra prominence. 3. You may think that we have nothing in common with on line dating agencies. In fact they use almost identical software to us, and have a similar purpose, bringing people together. However, while our service is free, most of them charge a lot of money for little results. So if you're single or just curious keep reading.
Many of them, for example www.date.com, www.match.com claim you can join free and you are led into posting a personal profile. However you then discover this is worthless, because you cannot write to any other members, or reply to emails from them, unless you pay a monthly fee of about $20-30. This also means that even if you pay the fee yourself, a very large number of the people you write to have no way of writing back to you. Some companies even have a system to strip out your email address if you include it. All emails go through a filter system on their server so you do not see the email address of the advertiser, nor do they see yours.
The result is that you may spend a hour writing your profile, and hours more crafting clever replies to advertisers, and end up with no responses. Because people place their FREE ad, then discover that they cannot contact anyone.
By contrast, our system is totally open. You can sign up for free and advertise for free. We do not hide email addresses, phone numbers or fax numbers. You can even sign up for automatic notification of new ads free. (Dating agencies do the same things, sometimes they call it Cupid).

4. We used to be plagued with SPAM, up to 100 garbage emails a day. We found a company that actually removes the spam from your email BEFORE you download it. Eliminate spam and junk email from your inbox with Mailshell.

6. We discourage the use of Free type addresses when placing ads for several reasons. Firstly it looks amateurish and secondly the free boxes get full up quickly if you don't keep checking them and your mail will come right back. This means you may never get the loan offer you were sent, or get details of the new mortgage for sale that meets your needs.
