1. You read it here first. Our March 28, 2003 newsletter highlighted our concerns about jobs moving overseas. This has now been commented on by the chief economist at Wells Fargo Bank as follows: Friday's reports no longer reflected a cyclical economy trying to add jobs after a recession - ``which is depressing,'' said Sung Won Sohn, chief economist at Wells Fargo. Analysts had expected companies to add some jobs last month. Deeper concerns now are focused on long-term structural problems in the economy, such as a flood of U.S. jobs going overseas. ``We have simply seen the tip of the iceberg,'' Sohn said. ``I think it will get worse, not better.'' Some reports estimate 5 million jobs - many high-paying - will be lost to other countries by 2015. As the economy grows, demand is being filled from overseas, Sohn said. Also, because of that increasing global competition, businesses are holding down costs by not hiring.

Lets look at the numbers. Our ads appear in date order. If your ad is always close to the top of the list you will obviously be seen more often. Let's say you earn $2,000 on an average deal. Let's say you choose Gold priority, $20 a month or $240 a year. Just one extra deal every 8 YEARS will breakeven the cost of your priority placement.
You can give your ad Gold, Silver or Bronze prominence for just $20, $10 or $5 per month. Please note that our basic ads remain free. Give priority listing to your ad or create a new ad.
The way it works is that all Gold ads appear first, in date order, then Silver, Bronze and then free ads.

But unfortunately, many people end up as SCABS, Senior Citizens Almost Broke.
The acronyms used are not intended to be in any way derogatory. Especially to senior citizens. And please note it is illegal to discriminate on the grounds of age or familial status.

5. Like just about every email user you have probably received many emails starting with "Re: Thank you" or "Wicked screen saver". While your anti-virus program (you do have an up to date anti-virus program don't you) will probably stop your computer being infected, every file is close to 100k and takes time to download and then delete.
