Selling your mortgage on-line

The same works if you own a mortgage you wish to sell for the highest price. You can post your ad on-line, complete with the documents that a typical mortgage buyer will want to review. We review your ad and the following day details are on their way to mortgage buyers who will get a direct link to your ad. All the note buyer has to do is set up their Auto-Notify agent.

Or of course, you can review the many ads placed by mortgage buyers on our site and contact them directly. It's your choice.

We recommend that after creating your ad for your mortgage for sale, you go to the Mortgage Buyers section and email them your ad.

This is easy to do. First use Control-C to copy the URL  link to your ad. Then go to the Mortgage buyers section and find people you think would be suitable. All you then need to do is to click on their email address, this will open up your email program, and send them a note about you mortgage for sale and Paste using Control-V, the link to your ad into the email. You can do this as often as you wish.
